Spaced Repetition ⌚

Spaced repetition is a technique where you review content at timed intervals. As the content is being reviewed, the intervals between each review time becomes longer and longer. This eliminates the amount of material that you may have forgotten if you were to study very intensely for one study session. It is better to do a little bit over many days than everything at once.

  1. Study as you normally would on the first day.
  2. Review the material again the next day.
  3. Review again one week after the previous session.
  4. Review again two weeks after the previous session.
